There are various types of corrugated cartons, with the material of either kraft paper or CCNB laminated, and that with different thickness comes with different flute code. Overall equipment effectiveness of the corrugator is the key, currently able to meet optimal dimension of 2.8m, with top speed of 300m/min.

The most recent Heidelberg CD1020 six-color offset machine is the latest generation, with universal straight-printing press for commercial, packaging and label printing, that runs with improved accuracy and increased efficiency, up to 15,000 sheets an hour.
Most printed materials will need to be cut after printing, and sometimes creased so that they can be folded. All our die cutters are fully automated, with print to cut tolerance of 1/16 inch close to industry standards. Our engineers guarantee every single carton will perform the same precision.
Zonsen offers various type of finishing, ranging from Lamination, Hot stamp foil, Varnishing, Embossing to Foil Blocking. Of those, lamination is the most common coating, where a plastic film is heated onto the paper and the finishing cab be either silk, gloss or matt lamination. UV Varnishing is a cheaper alternative to lamination, and is a varnish rather than a film, giving a higher glossy finish.
