Due to the growing demand of our global business and the drive to optimize cost efficiency. Zonsen has been building a new state-of-the-art 11,000sqm production, packaging, and warehousing facility in Bac Giang, Vietnam. The Zonsen expansion team has made significant progress since the original announcement back in 2018. From staffing to customer production, the new Vietnam packaging facility is finally expected grand opening this May.

Zonsen currently employs more than 35 full-time staff in Vietnam, including 12 manufacturing engineers, 8 sales team lead and 15 quality control manager. When the facility is at full production, there will be nearly 210 people working in Vietnam, with capacity to product 300,000 color boxes/day, 150,000 printings/day and 800,000 labels/day.

We always devote to our philosophy, making things simple for our customer. In this new facility, we will also be incorporating SAP to create an ERP system tailored to our business status, improving our responsiveness to our customers and effectiveness in order management.
